Material Handling

The efficient management and transportation of essential materials like ballast, rail sleepers, and rails. This process requires specialized equipment and coordination to ensure that materials are delivered to the right locations. We have successfully handled :

- Over 85 000 tons of Rail
- Over 1.4 million cubes of blast
- Over 1.3 million sets of fasteners
- Over 1.3 million sleepers

Maintenance

Railway maintenance ensures the safety and efficiency of rail infrastructure through regular track inspections, ballast cleaning, rail grinding, and sleeper replacement. It also involves maintaining switches, crossings, signaling, communication systems, and controlling vegetation. Additionally, bridge and tunnel inspections are conducted to ensure structural integrity. These activities prevent accidents, minimize disruptions, and extend the railway network's lifespan.

Material Handling

Railway rehabilitation focuses on restoring and upgrading rail infrastructure to improve performance and extend its lifespan. This involves extensive track renewal, replacing outdated or damaged components like rails and sleepers, upgrading signaling and communication systems, and enhancing drainage and ballast conditions. These efforts ensure the railway network meets current safety standards, increases efficiency, and supports future growth.

New Construction

New railway construction involves planning, designing, and building new rail lines and infrastructure. This includes site preparation, laying tracks, installing sleepers, and placing ballast for stability. These efforts create a new, efficient, and safe railway network designed to meet current and future transportation needs.
